Orders are dispatched the next working day after the order is placed (providing payment has been processed).
For security purposes, all parcels must be signed for on receipt.
We process all orders in GBP. While the content of your cart is displayed in your chosen currency, the checkout will use GBP at the most current exchange rate.
We hope that you will be happy with your order, but if within 30 days of receipt you change your mind, we can offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, and in its full, undamaged packaging.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Any candle that has been lit.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Gift cards
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or exchange, providing a receipt or proof of purchase, and reason for exchange (if applicable). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Koppraia. If items are lost during transportation, you won't be compensated for. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. An exception is made if the item is faulty, in which case we will pay postage costs for the customer to return the item.
